Cloud Nine Clothing began with a habit its founder had never thought much about: when anxious, Vanshdeep Sobti picked at his nails, his skin, his sleeves. Tools for it either looked like medical devices or kids' toys. The Surrey-based brand he launched in 2021 while still at university builds sensory and fidget features directly into clothing, so the regulation tool is the garment itself. The insight, that adults who need these tools most won't use anything that announces them, built an eight-figure business by the time its founder was 22. Cloud Nine engineered discretion into a product category defined by visibility. It treats anxiety management as a design problem, and solved it. A quiet revolution sewn into the seams.
