About the brand
Professionelle House began with a single self-funded event in 2019 — the We Rise Brunch — built on founder Treasa Leigh Brown's conviction that women in business need transformation, not just networking. Fusing 'Profession' with the French 'Elle,' the Toronto company has spent seven years building infrastructure that Canada's ecosystem still fails to offer minority women entrepreneurs. Its programs weave trauma-informed coaching and mental wellness directly into business education, working on internal barriers like money mindset and fear of visibility before the P&L. Nearly 5,000 women have come through its summits, workshops and mentorship programs. The model treats the founder's inner life as core business infrastructure. Professionelle House is less a network than a rebuild, and the results have made it one of the country's most distinctive platforms for women in business.
