Leading Ladies Connect was created to close a gap that was never about talent: many women have the ideas, skills and ambition, but not the access to networks, funding information, mentorship and decision-makers. Founded in North York, the women-focused professional community supports thousands of entrepreneurs, professionals and emerging leaders across Canada. Its model treats connection itself as infrastructure: the rooms, introductions and visibility that determine whose career accelerates. Leading Ladies Connect built the room and keeps widening the door. For women from underrepresented communities especially, it has become a first call rather than a last resort. It is networking reimagined as economic justice.
