Most businesses treat web accessibility as an afterthought — right up until a legal complaint forces their hand. Vatsal Shah founded Peradeo Technologies in Regina in 2025 to move that starting point, combining 14 years of full-stack engineering with certification as an IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist. The company builds and modernizes websites and web apps while running WCAG accessibility audits with full remediation, not just reports that gather dust. It's a dual competency almost nobody offers together: sites that are well-engineered and genuinely usable by everyone who visits. In doing so, Peradeo makes inclusion a build standard rather than a retrofit. It's a young Saskatchewan firm arguing, correctly, that accessible design is simply good design.
