About the brand
FanVerse began with a bomber jacket. At the Montreal F1 Grand Prix, founder and CEO Ashima Chopra went looking for women's merch, found only basic, boring jerseys, and walked out in a men's jacket because it was the only real option — a massive, provably lucrative fan base treated as an afterthought. The Toronto company, founded in 2025, builds the infrastructure that makes women's fandom visible, measurable and investable: merchandise, data and insight for brands and properties finally paying attention. Chopra's path ran through playing soccer as the only girl on an all-boys team, legal policy at the Supreme Court of India and Global Affairs Canada, and a national AI hackathon she won by vibe-coding. She built the company the merch tent couldn't see coming. FanVerse is converting the biggest underserved audience in sports into the industry's next market.
